Meet Your Guide
Hi, I'm TanyaÂ
I'm a coach, author and guide with 20+ years of experience supporting women through deep personal and relational change.
Wisdom Women is shaped by my lived experience of menopause, decades of study, and a deep sense of purpose in sharing this truth with the world.
Much of my teaching career has been in sexuality so I have a strong bias towards initiating you into your sexual peak. I believe that also comes in the second half.
I’m 58 years old. I’ve walked this transition myself. I live the work I teach. And I know – in my body, not just in theory – that the second half of life can be the most alive, truthful, and powerful.
